Refund & Cancellation Policy

We deal in digital products and services, including PDFs, e-books, online content, and downloadable materials. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

❌ No Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, the order cannot be cancelled.

❌ No Refund

After successful payment and delivery/access of the digital product, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind

Accidental purchase

Incompatibility with device

Lack of usage

⚠️ Exceptions

A refund may be considered only if:

The payment is deducted but the product is not delivered due to a technical error from our side.

Duplicate payment is made for the same product.

In such cases, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of payment along with valid proof (payment receipt/screenshot).

Incorrect email or contact details entered by the customer

Technical issues from the customer’s device or internet

Unauthorized sharing or misuse of the product
